this week we’re headed all the way to singapore to a modern diner that i think would have the fonz freaking out just a little bit over its distinct femininity. meet OverEasy Orchard, an All-Pastel Diner brought to us by hui designs. it’s nostalgia meets the jetsons in this all-american joint located in liat Towers. OverEasy Orchard might have you wondering if your burger and fries arrive with a pink dipping sauce, but never fear, fonz, the menu is still quite manly, with items like Beer Can Chicken or smoky BBQ Baby Back Ribs, but they also serve up a wholesome Smashed Avocado Toast with Poached Eggs. whew! let’s head out for Orchard’s ‘Beat the Clock’ Happy Hour wearing a sleek Vegan Leather Jacket, matching boots, our favorite faded denim and a fun striped top that reminds us of soda pop straws — perfect diner-ware. need something to read at the counter?
